Noble / 2022

Named for Lisa's mother, Joyce Noble Barkley. What a fantastic nose! 67% Aglianico & 33% Sangiovese from Cimmaron Vineyards. Round, plush, perfumed with red licorice and morello cherry flavors. Structured acid/tannin structure slowly builds with a long cherry finish. Suave, beautiful wine. Waverly’s 2023

Estate - 95% Grenache, 5% Clairette. Aromas of sumptuous red cherry and a hint of citrus. Broad and expansive - fills the mouth with light citrus blossom/pink grapefruit flesh, then tightens things up into a long pink grapefruit finish. Mourvedre/2022

Whole Cluster Cimarron Vineyard. Savory herbs, strawberry jam, singed orange and exotic spice aromatics. Round and mouth filling - smoky herbs and citrus repeat in the long, subtle finish. Best with pork/carnitas, duck and yes, turkey... $40/btl, $35/btl/case $17 for a 5oz glass of wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 -

Estate - Detailed and fresh, this Cabernet is not an oak delivery vehicle, despite aging in 40% new French oak. Black cherry, dark chocolate, smoky herbs, fresh and lively aromatics. Vibrant and intense with lingering herb and cherry flavors. Delicious already, but will drink well through 2030 at least. Aglianico / 2021 -

Big and bold, this will have quite a fan base. Our first Aglianico bottling from Rhumb Line Vineyards is a doozy. Broad and rich initially, then structured in a way that is unique to Aglianico. Raspberry, mint and black licorice aromatics. Huge volume in the mouth initially, then immediately focused by Aglianico’s typically strong acid/tannin synergy. This will age exceptionally well. Amor Fati White Dessert Wine-100% Winner of best dessert wine in Arizona from the Arizona Republic 2019.
