Noble / 2022

Named for Lisa's mother Joyce Noble Barkley. What a fantastic nose! 67% Aglianico & 33% Sangiovese from Cimmaron Vineyards. Round, plush, perfumed with red licorice and morello cherry flavors. Structured acid/tannin structure slowly builds with a long cherry finish. Suave, beautiful wine. You will want to get multiple bottles, this is going to be a fan favorite. $35/btl- $32btl/case. $15 for a 5oz pour w/o glass

Mourvedre/2022

Whole Cluster Cimarron Vineyard. Savory herbs, strawberry jam, singed orange and exotic spice aromatics. Round and mouth filling - smoky herbs and citrus repeat in the long, subtle finish. Best with pork/carnitas, duck and yes, turkey... $40/btl, $35/btl/case $17 for a 5oz glass of wine.

Sangiovese 2021

-Expressive, deep red cherry coulis, espresso/tilled earth aromas with a hint of grapefruit. Urgent, perfumed red fruit flavors with the same citrus lift keeping everything fresh. Winner of a Gold Medal in the San Francisco Chronicle Competition. $40btl $35/btl/case Glass of wine $17 - 5oz

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 -

Estate - Detailed and fresh, this Cabernet is not an oak delivery vehicle, despite aging in 40% new French oak. Black cherry, dark chocolate, smoky herbs, fresh and lively aromatics. Vibrant and intense with lingering herb and cherry flavors. Delicious already, but will drink well through 2030 at least. The Settlement / 2020 -

50% Petite Sirah, 25% Aglianico, 25% Graciano. A blend of fruit from two neighbors in Kansas Settlement - Sam Pillsbury (PS) & Rhumb Line (Aglianico & Graciano). Characterized by its depth of blackberry and spice notes, this wine has a nice structural balance. Expect it to drink well now and for at least the next 10 years. and any rich red meat dish, or duck, will tame this nicely. $35/btl $32/btl/case. 5oz. glass of wine w/o glass $15

Aglianico / 2021 -

Big and bold, this will have quite a fan base. Our first Aglianico bottling from Rhumb Line Vineyards is a doozy. Broad and rich initially, then structured in a way that is unique to Aglianico. Raspberry, mint and black licorice aromatics. Huge volume in the mouth initially, then immediately focused by Aglianico’s typically strong acid/tannin synergy. This will age exceptionally well. Amor Fati White Dessert Wine-100% Winner of best dessert wine in Arizona from the Arizona Republic 2019.
