Opened yesterday – big, deep nose of blackberry/black raspberry coulis, crushed mint, earth and spice. Great aromatics.
Round, saturated palate impression, flavors mirroring nose. Very nicely balanced with acid/mineral spine keeping flavors vibrant. Blackberry and “mineral” finishing flavors. RFG and should improve with 3-5 more years in the bottle.
$15 at Time Market in Tucson. 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel.
